ID Requirements
Be sure to bring the appropriate IDs and/or documentations for all minors, legal guardians and adults as we can not pierce, install or remove jewelry without them!
18 and Older
For our documentation it is required that you provide a hard copy of a non-expired, government-issued photo ID for all piercing and jewelry procedures.
Including one of the following,

Government Issued Photo ID
-
Washington State Drivers License
-
Passport
Minors
-It is required you provide a hard copy of a valid ID for both the minor and parent/legal guardian for all piercing and jewelry procedures.
–On the identification presented, we require that the parent and/or legal guardian and minor have matching last names and/or addresses. If they do not please bring a birth certificate and/or paperwork declaring legal guardianship.
-Only parents/legal guardians can sign for a minor.
-Minors must be accompanied by parent and/or legal guardian.
-We offer piercing services for minors after a consultation with the parent/legal guardian.

For Minors 12 and under, getting earlobe piercings we will accept a birth certificate.
On the identification presented, we require that the parent and/or legal guardian and minor have matching last names and/or addresses. If they do not please bring a birth certificate and/or paperwork declaring legal guardianship.
If legal guardian is someone other than on a birth certificate, please bring legal paperwork declaring guardianship.

In studio we have a consultation with the minor and legal guardian about the piercing, to ensure that both the minor and parents/legal guardian understand the responsibilities, commitment and potential risks. Including other details, jewelry used, healing time and aftercare associated with the procedure. We are happy to answer any other questions you may have.
All piercings are done on a case by case basis. We reserve the right, to decline a piercing procedure, or if at any time if we feel it is in best interest to stop the procedure, we uphold the right to do so.
